Eric 峰 Zhou
managing director
as a licensed estate agent and banksia’s officer in effective control, eric has in-depth knowledge of the property sector and years of proven experience in property management (having managed hundreds of properties), sales, leasing and negotiation. eric has a bachelor’s degree in science and accounting, and a graduate diploma in science (applied mathematics) from melbourne university.
in his leisure time, eric enjoys tending to each of his forty-five (and counting) houseplants, or visiting plant shops in search of more plants.
Jake Spano
general manager
having spent the better part of the last decade working in property management, sales and operational roles, jake brings a wealth of experience to banksia property agency. he is meticulously organised, prudent and committed to driving the best possible outcomes for clients. jake recently completed a master of business administration (management consulting) at deakin university.
when not working, jake can be found at his nonna’s house eating every home-cooked italian dish you can imagine.
Arthur 月晗 Zhang
director
with significant experience in leasing, sales, and channel development, arthur’s goal is to establish long term partnerships with stakeholders. arthur has a master’s degree in business risk management, and speaks both english and chinese fluently.
in his spare time, arthur enjoys exploring victoria’s many parks and forests, visiting new restaurants, and watching a good netflix series.
Deepali Bharadwaj
senior property manager
deepali possesses deep knowledge and experience in property management, with over 7 years’ experience in the industry. with a keen eye for detail, she is a competent and professional property manager who understands how to balance the needs of owners and tenants alike. deepali has a bachelor of science and postgraduate qualifications in information & systems management.
in her downtime, deepali enjoys watching a good netflix series with a glass of champagne.
Connie Gatt
office manager
connie provides an immeasurable amount of support to the team, bringing together her 25+ years of professional experience in administrative and executive support roles. having worked for iconic organisations such as myer and australia post, connie is a capable, professional and knowledgeable member of the team.
in her leisure time, connie enjoys travelling around australia in the custom caravan she and her husband designed and built together.
Lucas
human resources
lucas is responsible for maintaining morale, fetching the mail, and is the official office taste tester. he is a fully-qualified italian greyhound and graduated top of his class at puppy school.
outside of the office, lucas is often on play dates, or snuggled up in a sunny spot at home.
Khushi Bharadwaj
communications coordinator
khushi is responsible for social media management of the company, as well as all the newsletters (which you can sign up for here!) that are sent out monthly. In her free time she loves to bake sweet treats for her family or curl up on the couch with a good book.
