    • attend your property and undertake a pre-leasing inspection, and make appropriate recommendations

    • prepare a marketing plan (arranging photography, online advertisements, and signboards)

    • conduct open for inspections on both weekdays and weekends to maximise interest

    • comprehensively assess applicants, including conducting rental reference checks

    • present to you the most suitable rental applications, and provide a recommendation

    • finalise lease agreement and bond lodgement with RTBA

    • conduct detailed initial condition report

    • provide you with clear communication throughout the process
